Reform Scotland

Post Election Discussion

Following a passionately-contested Holyrood election campaign, the SNP has comfortably secured a fourth consecutive term of government. The Conservatives remain the main opposition, while Labour stay in third place.

Reform Scotland was delighted to host this post-election event to discuss the next five years of Scottish politics.

Our guests were:

Paul McLennan, newly elected SNP MSP for East Lothian.
Donald Cameron, Conservative MSP for Highlands and Islands Region, and frontbench spokesperson for Health and Sport.
Jackie Baillie, Labour MSP for Dumbarton, Deputy Leader of Scottish Labour.
Mark Diffley, pollster, The Diffley Partnership.

The event was chaired by our Chris Deerin.

The event, held before an online audience via Zoom, took place on Wednesday May 19.
