Fife Chamber of Commerce will be joined by Reform Scotland director Geoff Mawdsley at a networking event on Wednesday.
Following a meal at the Kingswood Hotel in Burntisland, Mr Mawdsley will talk to members about Reform Scotland’s goals and how it aims to inform and influence the public policy debate in Scotland.
Reform Scotland is a “think-tank” established as a seperate charity, completely independent of any political party and funded by donations from individuals, charitable trusts and corporate organisations.
Its objective is to set out policies in Scotland which deliver increased economic prosperity and more effective public services based on the traditional Scottish principles of limited government, diversity and personal responsibility.
Fife Chamber chief executive Alan Russell said: “We are delighted to have Reform Scotland speaking to members at this lunch.”
