Reform Scotland is an independent, non-party Scottish charitable think tank and is funded by donations from individuals, charitable trusts and corporate organisations. This means we can address issues free of political constraints. This enables us to communicate our ideas to people representing all political perspectives in order to build a consensus for reform. However, to achieve our aims we need support from people and organisations that share our objectives.
We greatly value personal contributions to support our work. There are three levels at which you can give us your support.
Supporters donate a minimum of £35 a year to Reform Scotland. As a Supporter, you will receive all of our publications as well as invitations to many of our events.
Sponsors donate a minimum of £1,000 a year to Reform Scotland. As a Sponsor, you will receive all of our publications and invitations to all of the events that we organise to enhance our policy and research programme. In addition, you will have the opportunity to become more closely involved in the work of Reform Scotland.
Donations we will also gratefully receive any amount less than £35 (though if making the donation online it needs to be at least £5) which will help Reform Scotland carry on its work
If you would like to become a Supporter or a Sponsor of Reform Scotland please complete the form on the online donations page. Reform Scotland is a charity registered in Scotland (number SC039624). As such, individual donations are eligible for Gift Aid if you pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that the charity reclaims on your donations in the appropriate tax year, currently 25p for each pound given. Gift Aid is extremely valuable to Reform Scotland and if you would like your donation to be eligible, please click on the appropriate box on the online donations page.
Companies support Reform Scotland in two ways: by making a donation to support our general work and by sponsoring individual events.
